  They're not selling high end items, they are next to being expired....I normally go here every week. I spend a couple $100 from this day forward. I'm going to take my hard-earned money. Somewhere else I got some of the premium flour literally set to expire within a month. This place is selling wholesaling things with exploration dates too close....... Two half ounces both seem like they were out of date because they did nothing smoke it.Nothing happens other than a cough....... No flavor no nothing .... Other than a cough, because it's so harsh....... Hopefully this review gets the attention it deserves. There is no reason why this company should be selling things to customers claiming that their premium.But they're expired....... On the regular, I spend about three hundred dollars a week there..... Not no more. I'm gonna take my business elsewhere. Where i'm not going to be scammed to buy something that's about to expire.....

  The staff used to be educated. Maybe new girl isnt used to the catalogs? Felt weird having to teach the budtender about what i was looking for especially when there's a team all around us standing and staring letting it happen. No teamwork make the dreamwork around here or what? Lol

  These folks are not only efficient, but super friendly! Their customer service and experience is on point. Their product selection is impeccable and cost effective. I even asked if they were hiring. Great job to the staff and the owners. Thank you for your hospitality and expedience.

  I would give INSA a sincere 1 star rating... but this dispensary was purchased by a dispensary chain called "Zips" late last year... (You know, before INSA gave me the refund I was owed for royally screwing me over when they confirmed an order via email then failed to have any of the items in stock when I arrived! And then of course didn't take any accountability, typical Ohio dispensary. I drove 45 minutes each way to get a special sale, so a 90 minute round trip for nothing!!! This ordeal was so offensive and went so far that I received a call directly from the Ohio DOH MMJ representative who then ordered INSA to reimburse me for their false advertising next time I came in... which never happened because when I called them back a month later to redeem said refund promised to me by their HR rep? It had been already been bought out by another company!) ...so to summarize, yeah I'm giving Zips the benefit of the doubt they will be better than INSA! So I'm. Giving them a generous 2 stars instead of a 1. Note however: Zips is always 35% off and has about as good of a selection as any other Cleveland area dispensary. So it's a win with the prices. However, this new company has failed to improve the totally ghetto INSA building which is partially dilapidated and falling apart in several places noticeably. I would totally avoid this dispensary and this location due to the nature of the block, but to be fair the people are all cool. No judgement, It just feels like being in a borderline warzone where I might pop my tires in the enormous potholes while trying to park. Many of the business nearby are vacant/ derelict. How about a mural for some color tho? Or better yet, how about treating your employees better because they are really cool!? I can tell this new company ZIPS has literally done nothing to hook these awesome employees up. If you legally can't change the name (lol, oh Ohio!) you could at least make minor repairs to your building and totally broken ordering system which takes the staff 10 minutes to find orders after they look through a dozen different locked cabinets that don't correspond to my name correctly?? It would take a very minimal effort by management to correct a few simple mistakes that cause the ordering/pickup process take three times longer than it needs to. I literally watched 2 new customers (young women) wait a full ten minutes in front of me, with zero help whatsoever from any of the many staff. Once they got to the register, a budtender finally said, OH! Let me help you use the kiosk to order! So I then watched them take another ten minutes to order as I waited ten more minutes for the staff to fumble around looking for my order because it was mislabeled again (literally for the 5th time). So they took over 20 minutes just to place an order, not including the time it then took to fill the order so probably a half hour all in all just to order some pre-packaged herb. Baseline: Fix your shit and broken ordering system you owe it to your people, both employees and customers! Not hard to be better than INSA but you could at least try! And don't give me an attitude when I ask to look at the product, please. I'm paying top dollar for the cream of the crop, so when I look at the bags of smalls Ohio sells people for $30-$40 for a 2.83... don't be offended when I pick the best looking one and return the rest. Snobby budtender culture has got to go! I promise you the vast majority of dispensaries are more than friendly to me when I ask them to show me the bottom of the jar or package. Most don't expect a tip either! And then make rude comments and dirty looks to their peers as the customer walks away (and I tip every time with no thanks). Just saying... I would give a shout-out to the Good River dispensary in Euclid which is now owned by the same company "Zips" but was was always a far superior dispensary... and still remains so! Staff are noticeably friendlier and the selection tends to be a bit more diverse! I would drive the extra 5 minutes to Good River over INSA any day. Much better location.
