This is the second time in a row I've come and they don't have any sativa. It's a shame, especially since it looks like a big place; they should have a wider variety. 😭 It's so sad. I've been coming here for two months now and I can't find what I used to buy here. They used to sell good weed, and I don't care about the price because I buy quality, not price. When they give me a choice of other weed, they only offer low-quality weed, barely 20%. And when you buy 28% weed, it feels like you're buying even lower quality than 20%. I wish they would start selling that 32% weed they used to sell. They used to sell good stuff, or it seems like they just don't care about their customers anymore. I come here every day and I never find anything of good quality, not even pre-rolls. They only have low-quality stuff. It's a shame, I used to like this place.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Products are okay should get better now that the state has loosened up its grip on the THC percentages. Fast and convenient especially if you order online ahead of time. Pricing still high but it's not their fault that is the state of Ohio. As we get more and more dispensaries you'll see the price come off.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We've had 1 out of over 30 purchases have a problem. It was a defective all in one, but they fixed it immediately. Very impressed.

How you have nothing on the menu is crazy and the prices are horrible dont see consume lasting in alliance instead of trying to force certain things on customers try adding to the menu give us some options

Ive been going here since they opened and I love the staff but they dont keep medical patients supplied with flower. They run out so often! they currently have 3 types of flower and thats it. That's not enough! Kind of sad you depend on them for medical reasons and they dont come through

Honestly one of the worst dispensaries in NEO. Its Saturday and they have two flower products. Two. Whole stock is about 140 total products. Some of the lowest I seen. They constantly have no selection. Prices seem top dollar compared to surrounding dispensaries as well, and then marked down to look like its a more desirable. Staff knows very little about products and management seems questionable with how my experiences have been here. Sad that this is what Alliance gets.. Do yourself a favor and go to Supergood in Ravenna.

Horrible product selection, horrible staffing , unknowledgeable about their product ,pricing is always extremely higher than any other dispensary and it's the same brand but cost avg of 10 to 20 more for same brand and strain . Take a trip to Ravenna save some money and far better deals and staff

Poor customer service they advertise they have tap to pay, but it doesn’t work and then they have to double charge your card and wait for it to be put back on your card. The lady told me that I have a line behind me because her machine wasn’t working for tap to pay so I let two people go and then I was like I believe I am got something that will work. I’m going to try a different card on the tap to pay and she was rudely you’re gonna have to wait till everyone else served after I politely took myself out of the line so she could serve a couple customers. Imagine you these last two people that were in line literally just came in. All I need to do was to tap my card again and she was very rude. It’s embarrassing when it keeps saying declined because your guys system doesn’t work and accept actual tap to pay definitely won’t go back.aka over priced the shop in downtown. Canton is way cheaper and better.
