This dispensary is hands down the #1 dispensary in the Akron area, with the 6 items for 40% off deal, it is truly worth visiting weekly if not every other day. The staffs very welcoming, and knowledgeable, Thumbs Ups to bud tender April, maybe the best bud tender in the Area. Thanks Klutch for the great products and amazing deals.

Went in for a half and 2 disposables. Left with what I wanted originally and multiple pre rolls for a cheaper price. Skye was the one helping. She seems to really know the deals and product information. I feel like I am always saving me and the wife some money shopping there. Skye has been great and pleasant throughout every interaction with us. Good job Klutch. Keep it up. Product is always consistent and good.

Please work on a system to keep Live Rosin cold from my order online placed to customer pickup time. I may want to order early so it doesn't sell out, but maybe I cant get there for 6hrs. I would prefer it be in fridge until pickup. Also, if an online Live Rosin order does not get picked up the Rosin is sitting left unrefridgerated the quality degrades with temp shifts. I know this as Ive purchased many of same. If yall can get that worked at your Klutch locations ensuring terpene preservation. Terps are the WHY! If Rosin temps could stay at 54 degrees reaching the customer. This will only help your products.

I had a frustrating experience with Clutch’s online ordering system in Akron. When I placed my order, I entered my husband’s name so he could pick it up. He rode his bike there, only to be told the order had to be picked up by me because his name was not showing on their end. After looking back at what happened, it seems like the issue may have occurred during the payment process. I entered the pickup information, but after adding my banking/payment information, the order appears to have reverted back to my name. That is a major problem with the website experience because customers should not have to double check every single screen to make sure the system did not change important pickup details. This caused unnecessary confusion and wasted time. If online ordering is offered, the pickup name and payment process need to be much clearer. The website should make it obvious who is authorized to pick up the order before the order is finalized. I’m not saying the staff created the issue on purpose, but the ordering system definitely needs improvement. This was inconvenient, frustrating, and avoidable.

I went in to see what it was all about. I left feeling VERY satisfied! Kyaira was my budtender, and tend she did! Very helpful and on top of everything I needed! Then Renee, was phenomenal getting my order together, both of them helping me to leave satisfied!
