Big fan of this store bigger fan of the manager Kelsie. Had a mix up on their end here Kelsie owned her staffs mistake and corrected it right away. Errors happen it’s apart of life so nice when people hold themselves accountable and fix it. Plus she’s always super friendly anytime she’s working the front you can tell she takes pride in her job. Not to mention her staff seem happy to work with her as a former manager that’s everything! You won’t be disappointed with the service you receive from this location plus they have the best flower deals in town!

Okay so reception had 3 people, an ancient security guard who couldn't stop anyone from anything. A large woman yap yap yapping about how she used to be the greatest welder in the world. Then one person actually checking people in, slowly. Fire all three of those people, hire a security guard that isn't on death's door, use the money you save to build that security guard a nice secure spot to check people in. Then you get inside and there's one guy working the counter. Nice enough guy, but he informs me the order I put in a half hour before going to the place is out of stock. Not a great system they got going on there. The weed I ended up getting was a lot weaker than the weed I ordered, but still a better price than anywhere else right now and I go wherever the cheapest price is that day. Hopefully next time I re-up somewhere else has the best price, or this place gets their stuff together because right now...oof.

I highly recommend this dispensary. When I walked in the doors everyone greeted me with a smile and were friendly. Micah provided me with person centered care. He took his time to discuss products and determine which were best for me. And… security was the BEST! Such a kind and genuine human being. Kudos on such a great place! I will return! You…should check it out too!

No concentrate selection at all. Hundred percent labs is terrible. I hope they are ashamed of the worst product in Ohio, actually makes people sick. The staff and the members are great here. The product is NOT.
