The deal/product was very delightful. The lady that greeted me at the door was so incredibly nice! Phyll was absolutely amazing to talk to and gave me knowledge that let me know that I was getting the correct product for my specific needs.

The service is good, no wait time ever, and I usually enjoy the products they have on rotation. The main reason I'm writing this review is because I need to warn others that Hijinks pre-rolls are absolutely horrible quality. After about 10 minutes of the flower burning and blowing off into the wind, the only thing I got to enjoy was loose crumbles to snack on that fell through the filter and the smallest hit I've taken since I started smoking years ago. BeyondHello is a good spot, Hijinks pre-rolls are horrible!

Kaitlin treats you more like family than just a customer. She cares and she listens and she is always ready to share a smile. I appreciate her. The world could use a few more Kaitlin's like her, in it. 💚

I love the staff at Beyond Hello! They are all so friendly, will answer every question, and help find the products that will work for you! Barbie is such an amazing friendly smiling face and remembers you when you come in! I wish they would carry the products I use more often as they don't seem get many and they are gone so quickly! It is my favorite dispensary in my area and would love to just go there but with the supply issues, people have to go to the others which are more expensive and also don't always carry the products. There is nothing bad I can say about Beyond Hello besides just needing to send more stock to the store!

EDIT ***** MILITARY IS BACK EVERYDAY. THANK YOU FOR HEARING US!!! Bring back the old staff! - BUT, i’ve been a customer since day one and come in 2–4 times a week. Removing the military discount everyday EXCEPT Sunday/Monday says a lot, unfortunately. It’s not about saving a few dollars, it’s about showing respect and appreciation. A lot of your customer base is disabled veterans, such as myself. disappointed to see a place I supported from the start go this direction. I will limit my visits to Sunday and Monday. ***Also, if it’s a “state thing” why can I just drive on down the road to AYR and get 30% off everyday? It’s a BEYOND HELLO thing.

If you want good prices just go to Gleaf or culture in champion. This place is literally highway robbery. And heaven forbid you use your card. They’ll try and word salad you into believing it makes sense. Get a better system then? Seriously. I’ve been here 3 times out of convenience over the past year and it’s pulling teeth when you’re on a budget. Sure the place is probably great if you have expendable income, but that’s not the world we live in. Expecting to spend $8 on a preroll? Thats gonna be close to $14. Co to culture. That’s gonna be $8 and some change.

Received an open bag today. Very upsetting. Worst part is, you can’t return it or get a refund. Check your workers, they’re stealing weed.

I ordered a few things online to be picked up at the drive thru, I get there a little after 1pm and the drive through is closed…it says online the drive thru is open from 12-5. i called the store, they said they would open it in 10-15 minutes. They finally open the drive thru and the lady tells me I need to come inside and make a profile?? I drove 30 minutes to this place because they carried a specific brand I wanted. I had my son in the car with me so I couldn’t go inside. I had to leave my order behind. I’ve been to every other dispensary in the area with a drive thru and have never had this issue. Very disappointing
