Everyone was kind and congenial. I guess I made the mistake of not ordering on-line. One of the 2 kiosks available for on-site ordering was out of service, hence, I had to wait about 20 minutes to order. After that, everything went quickly and smoothly. The facility is white-glove clean and nicely appointed. The gentlemen in the back were well versed in their products and readily answered my questions.
