Visited while on vacation. Way too much documentation required just to buy a little bud. No product to inspect, just shop at a kiosk. Backwards way to do business as compared to other states with recreational. No prerolls! Like they were doing me a favor.

Why do the other FRX locations have better discounts than East Liverpool location and better selection???????

  • Tom Mullen
    July 14, 2026

Discounts disappeared as I was adding items to my cart. It is unacceptable to modify prices live while the store is open. This is an activity that is performed off hours, at respectable businesses.

They make the whole process simple. Easy to use online ordering and after you have made an account, simple check in. The music is always on point and I love that they don’t itemize your entire order at the checkout process. Quick in and out, calm atmosphere, and nice people.

Wonderful experience, friendly staff and solid product. Pricing wasn't the worst I've ever experienced.
