After previously being my goto spot for almost 6 years, I gotta drop them after one too many complaints. Love the employees, first and foremost, they are the only reason I’m leaving an extra star and they just gotta deal with the bad hand upper management keeps dealing them it seems. First it was the removal of the “no daily deals always low prices” mentality that made shopping more annoying and required planning. There was the moving of the super convenient Thursday deal to Sunday completely messing up my weekly routine. The 33% increase in price to the cheapest ounce. The quality of the cheaper ounces just kinda plummeting and not worth buying anymore. Them starting to sell nicotine products?! Finally the straw that broke the camels back was when the main reason I was coming in, the large discount day for partner brands, suddenly dropped Farmers Friend carts from the daily deal. I would come in every week and buy 2 for me and my partner, and sometimes even in the middle of the week when there wasn’t a sale anyway just cuz I wanted a different strain to puff on. I’m now shopping at a different store that happens to be closer, sells FF carts cheaper daily, and has two days I can get FF carts cheaper than usual. Thanks for the memories, hopefully management turns stuff around for yall so I can come back eventually.
