Been going there now for over 10 years. And been reasonably happy with my experience until today. I'm sure this is probably policy, but after all these years of buying cartresses, here I have always been told, I need my RECEIPT if something happens to the cartridge and does not work anymore... Over the years several cartridges get clogged and stop working about three quarters of the way down and i've never bothered to take them back. This time I get a cartridge, and it craps out at about eighty percent. Well, I figure, I should get my money back on this one, so I take it down with my receipt, which has all the information on when and what it is, who it came from?Who it was sold by...... But that's not enough now. I need the rapper, which I was never told before this. What do I need to do next, take a video holding a calendar, and a clock with a big sign behind me where and when and who it came from, while shaking the hand of the bud tender that sold it to me?!?!
