  Some of the best service ever. Had the pleasure to have Mike help me out. Very patient and knowledgeable across all products, didn't feel rushed, and he had several product recommendations that were amazing. I've been in a few times but whenever Mike is my bud tender I always leave happy and stocked up on good product.

  Awesome place and friendly people. My only issue is I went to buy stuff today and after I had paid I noticed the loyalty program and was told that I wasn't able to add my purchase to my account cause it was after the fact. I do wish your company had a way to retro add points with proof of course.

  Every time I’ve shopped here, I’ve been told I can return a faulty product. About 6 weeks ago I purchased the 2-pack of OBC’s house brand carts. One of the carts came out of the package already gushing out oil. It didn’t even have the normal cap on it indicating this problem was noticed and ignored during packaging. Within minutes of leaving the store I came back to return the product for one that worked. I was told that I couldn’t exchange it because only one of the 2 carts didn’t work. I could however get half the money credited to my account but it wouldn’t be credited until the next day. So instead of getting what I came for, I got half the product at full price. I returned the next week, looking to finally receive what I had already paid for. I was told the money was still not on my account, that the only person who could put it on my account wasn’t there. I returned again the next week, figuring there should be no problem by now, but still nothing on my account. I asked the budtender why this was taking so long. I was told, “there is only one guy who can apply the discount and he won’t be back until next week. But I work with him on Monday and I will be sure he takes care of this.” So the following Tuesday I figure everything is all good. I call up the store to make sure everything is straight before I stop by the bank. To my surprise, I’m once again informed that the discount is not on my account. The budtender on the phone told me, “there is only one person who can apply the discount and she won’t be in until next week.” At this point I’m getting angry. I ask the guy, why I’m getting told “the discount will be there next week,” every week? Why am I being given contradicting stories about who can put the credit on my account? Why is such an easy to fix problem taking weeks to be addressed? Instead of having any semblance of customer service, I just got a lot of “I don’t know, not my problem” kinda responses and then he acted like it was unreasonable for this situation to make me angry. That was 2 weeks ago. I returned today, assuming that was plenty of time for them to resolve this issue. But no, instead they told me I couldn’t shop there anymore. TL;DR They sold me a faulty product, refused to do anything about it, and then stole my money and kicked me out of the store.

  I had the worst experience here with a female staff member. I have been standing in line for over five minutes. Mind you I’m only on a 30 minute break. There was one person in front of me. Couldn’t decide what they wanted so I politely asked if I could just grab a pre-roll real quick she was so rude and snappy with her response. I literally walked out. I won’t come back here. I’ll make sure before I come to work every day that I stop and grab myself a pre-roll they have lost my business.

  Hi Bri, My review was not because of my previous employment. I quit. My review was based entirely on what happened during our visit. My husband left a review describing his experience at the store. When we returned later, he was told he had to leave because of that review. After that we experience, I left a one-star review because I felt it was important to share that customers could be asked to leave simply for leaving feedback. The review reflected the events that occurred. You then texted me on my personal phone to not leave a bad review, or I wasn't allowed back. That was a little unprofessional if you ask me. I also want to clarify that I have supported this store in the past. I have recommended the store to other people and sent customers there before. Some have had negative experiences, including issues with online orders not being fulfilled or orders containing products that were already sold out. Anyone looking through your reviews can see that concerns like these are not unique to my experience. There are multiple negative reviews you keep buried under positive reviews incentivised by discounts. Leaving honest feedback about a business experience is a normal part of how review platforms work. My intention was simply to share what happened so other customers can make informed decisions. So no, you don't think I'm awesome.
