Came in while traveling and they said they did not know if they could give me my medical discount despite having a medical card! I told them that was illegal. Then the worker got a manager and I was told I had to register an account with them to get my medical discount - I don't think they are allowed to do that. Would rate zero stars if I could. Then I told them I would rather look at the dispensary I saw across the street and they said okay go look at, all knowing that the store is permanently closed. Completely unhelpful to a medical patient and rude. Should not even be open. Also I went in specifically because their menu listed several strains I was interested in buying and the budtender told me it shows the menu for the Portland store and a lot of people get upset about it - yet they do nothing to fix it. What's worse about this story is another woman budtender was telling a customer all about how if she got her medical card she would get medical discounts, which sounds like a lie. Never heard of requiring medical patients to register with a dispensary to receive their legal right to not be taxed.

"Extremely disappointed with the quality of the shatter I purchased here. It was clearly not stored properly by the dispensary, arriving completely melted and sticky. Even after leaving it in the freezer overnight, the texture is ruined and it's like cheese off a pizza. Proper inventory care is a basic requirement, and it's incredibly frustrating to waste money on ruined product."

But what I seen everything was swag other than the items purchased from known dealers like helevated drops wild etc you know other than that all their pre-rolled joints were swag all the weed was swag brown dirt weed nothing of quality but they charge quality prices class not only that the girl that was working had a customer and she sat there and just kept joking around with her talking to her everything else didn't say anything to me and my roommate and then when we decided we were going to leave because it had been 10-15 minutes of them just joking and talking and bullshiting around and saying nothing to us we walked out and that's when she decided she'd say she would be with us in a minute know you've lost me am I spouses and my roommates money because we'll never come in there again will drive to go to the weed shops instead of trying to help our local one

Great people and a good selection of new products! Go check 'em out! Enter your name in the drawing, each Friday they draw names and you can win loyalty points or other prizes! Knowledgeable staff, and atm on site, and they even put out snacks. Can't beat it.

We drove over an hour to attend New Amsterdam because of the prices advertised on the website AND the app. I placed an order for pick up to ensure quick service. The time for pick up was 75-85mins after the order, so we waited. NEVER received notification that the order was ready for pick up. So we went in to check on it, turns out the printer was broken. No one attempted to fix it, and my order was not ready when I arrived. Nor was it available because all of the items on my order were NOT IN STOCK, although on both the website AND the app the items were available. The employee did not have any suggestion for how to assist us. Mentioned "waiting an hour" (another hour) for another employee whom is NOT the boss, but apparently "knows more than she does". There was no solution or other options provided for us that matched our price range. So after driving out of our way, we ended up spending almost double for LESS then half the product. We Would NOT have made that choice knowing the items were not available. We are due compensation or accreditation for this. This should be made right. I will continue to follow up until it is.
