They have a large selection of flowers to choose from and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. And I love the online order discount.

Typically good service the roll over in bud tenders is frequent so hard to establish a good report with a tender. Selection is very good lots of options. Flower is some times much higher priced then it should but they Typically have great deals

Absolutely fantastic shop! I went to their Woodstock location for many years, and was totally stoked to find a Gresham location after I moved! The parking lot is a little tight, but the store inside is spacious and has a wonderful check-in desk and lots and lots of selections! Thanks to my budtender too, for walking me patiently through options and explaining everything in detail :) these guys are the best!

This is the second time I have had a manager be horribly rude to me. Apparently, if they sell you a cartridge, they’ll just sell you a fake one that leaks and then be horrible to you when you try to exchange it. Do not go here.

They lie about price matching. They will ONLY price match if something is full price. If another shop is offering a sale, they WILL NOT honor their price match policy. The product I wanted was $18, 30 minutes the opposite direction. Instead I drove 15 minutes to kaleafa just to be told they will not honor the price match policy, and then made to drive the now 45 minutes to another shop for the same exact product because kalefa doesn't want the sale. You wasted my entire day with your lies. They accepted my money at lovebuzz. I guess kalefa is so badly mismanaged that they cant afford to sell the same product for the same margin as lovebuzz. It makes no sense to me whatsoever. This is also going to BBB and corporate leadership. Abhorrent customer service. False advertising. Poor management.

Bought 2 carts from here- the first one was just fine, I finished it. The second I open the last cart (brand new packaging) it’s completely drained and looks like someone smoked it and returned it to the store (how the store didn’t realize it was smoked is beyond me) I understand return policy so I called ahead and by looking up my online account (the original order receipt) he let me know I was more than welcome to bring it in and we can return and exchange. If I wasn’t told this or simply denied because of the return policy I would have no issue (that’s my problem for not opening it as soon as I got to the car). But as soon as we got to the store, we weren’t able to return and had to replace full price. If we weren’t so far away from other spots in time for closing (cause I wasn’t expecting a used cart) I wouldn’t have gotten another one . At least be on the same page with each other lol - definitely won’t be coming beck

the REAL DEAL when it is about customers and service. This place has friendly, prompt service and pays attention to who arrives in order, so nobody can take cuts and move in front of the line. They have specials daily, and so many different deals. You will need to arrive and see the options. PLEASE, be courteous, and use the cash machine FIRST, have your money available before seeing the budtender. THANK YOU , and be kewl
