Staff is rude. Especially over the phone. If you need help or have a question call the bend store. Not only are they incapable of customer service and rude here but their information is rarely accurate as well. Glad to have a dispennsery in redmond. Wish it was a company with better customer rapport.

This location is amazing inside and very well designed/laid-out. The people working at this one, hands down the weirdest/creepiest ever, I hate/loathe even having to go in here due to their creepy and highly annoying employees. They have a few decent people, the old lady at the front, and maybe if they have someone from the Bend store by chance. Other than that, straight up annoying/creepy vibes. I try to wait now until I’m in Bend and just go to that location; totally chill/laid back NO freaking annoying weirdos. 5* stars to all their stores - But this one. Until staff is replaced.
