I stopped by Rogue Valley Cannabis on Crater Lake Ave recently and was thoroughly impressed. The location is incredibly convenient—easy to find with plenty of hassle-free parking. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a great, laid-back atmosphere. The shop is clean, modern, and feels very spacious. A huge shout-out to the staff; they are true professionals. I was welcomed with a smile, and they patiently answered all my questions, helping me find exactly what I needed without any high-pressure sales tactics. I used to love this place! The staff was awesome, they knew their stuff. I’m not sure what happened, but this place is awful now. The products are all the same and have been forever. Super annoying for people like me who like to try new things, but stay loyal to a store. I feel like the current staff doesn’t know nearly as much as the last crew did. I’ve been coming to this store for a long time, and it just seems to me like the management is a huge issue for the company. So honestly, I can’t blame the new employees for their lack of understanding or training. From what I’d overhear from the last crew, they didn’t get much training either. Maybe the store would improve with better training for everyone. I really love this store and I hope these issues can be addressed and fixed for the sake of the regulars who want to feel like regulars. New staff all the time makes every transaction feel cold.

Staff here has personality. Selection is low. Budtenders need experience to be able to talk about the product.

I came in to try out the shop and while I was being helped. Cody kept interrupting with suggestions to products i didnt want. I was there to get pre-rolls and he kept suggesting pre packaged ounces several times even after I stated I didnt want it. He was rude and pushy. Im not sure of the name of thr budtender that was helping me but i heard others call the pushy guy Cody.

This was an excellent dispensary. They have a great selection of flower, concentrates, and edibles at good prices. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They can guide you in the direction of what you're looking for if you're not sure beforehand. They also have weekend deals, which is awesome. As always, there is no sales tax as well since it's Oregon. It's definitely a place I'll be visiting next time I come up that way

Just recently moved to the area and I've been stopping at every dispensary I see to finally find "the one" Found it. The store is clean and well organized. The product is fantastic and they have more than fair pricing on it. Every time I try somewhere new I always go for a handful of prerolls from different farms, just to learn their inventory. Erica was insanely helpful answering all of my annoying questions. I paid for my product and left. About two hours later I noticed I had a voicemail. I listened to it and it was Erica/RVC. I had left a pre roll there. A $5 pre roll, but they CALLED to let me know that I forgot it. So I went back to pick it up and bought another full ounce while I was there. That kind of customer service doesn't go unnoticed and one of the many reasons this will be my go to from now on. Thanks again, Erica... you're the best!
