I went in there because I was in the area. Cool selection, but I definitely caught a wierd vibe from the employees. So before I started this review, I went and read some of the other low reviews, just to see. And most of them were pretty consistent with the attitude issue I experienced. I drove to Salem to buy something a few weeks ago because of the attitude problem at the only bike store with high end bmx. A lot of customers will do this. If you keep getting reviews about the attitude of your employees and don't address it, then it starts looking like you don't care how your customers feel when they come to your place. Don't address it or do. But it will kill your business
