  Love everyone there, they’re all so kind. I bought a battery (their brand specifically) and have sat on it multiple times, yanked on it, stepped on it, etc… and it’s still working!

  This is the only dispensary I’ll go to now. The staff here (all of them) are incredible. Kappy specifically helped me with my sleeping problem which I have had for YEARS! Thank you so much guys ❤️

  Ive been coming here to get Strain and Rhythm branded items, I find the selection of my favorite brands are better here than OR, and they offer specials every day on the app. I also find the app easier to use than the Jane app OR uses. This is all personal preference.

  Liberty publicly responded to my previous review stating they wanted to speak with me directly and “make this right.” I followed their instructions and reached out. It has now been over two months, and I have not been contacted regarding my concerns. If a business publicly states that patient safety is its highest priority and invites a patient to discuss a serious issue, there should be some follow-through. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

  Stopped in Liberty Cannabis Dispensary today after returning from a trip to Flordia. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a new budtender Andrew! Andrew was very efficient at his job & is a very knowledgeable budtender. While I was in Flordia Liberty had a promotion going on & I missed it however, Andrew went to the office & got me a great shirt!! Thank you Andrew & Thank you Liberty!!! Luv u guys!!

  edit - moving down to 1 star bc it looks like the ppl who work here are like this to everyone lol. thought it was a bad day turns out it’s just a bad personality. yikes. really disappointing experience here , usually don’t leave any negative reviews for places but was so frustrated. i placed an order successfully the night before for the next day and called in the morning asking if i could push my pick up time ahead by 30 minutes. they said i could just come in and they would get it ready while i was there. i ended up getting a text it was ready so i get there and they initially had no idea where my order was, then found it but it was the wrong cart :( they switched it out but the lot was different leading to different %’s and i explained i typically do high potency and im particular so i would like something else but the associate was passive aggressive with his comment “well anything above 80% is high potency” - just feel that was not appropriate. not every one has the same preferences or disabilities they use this for. after some discussion that was not helpful i decided i would leave without anything and the associate just blankly said “you’re not getting anything? ok.” and i left. i was genuinely very patient and compassionate as i understand mistakes happen but the the associates were not friendly or empathetic and i wasted 30 minutes of my time. im not going to be back </3

THEY COMMENT AN AUTO RESPONSE TO EVERY NEGATIVE REIVEW TO GIVE THE OPTICS OF CARING, BUT WON'T EVEN REPLY TO THE EMAIL YOU SEND. THEY'RE A VOLUME STORE. THEIR PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN EVERYWHERE ELSE. DO RESEARCH AND GO TO ETHOS, ORGANIC REMEDIES, OR TRUELIEVE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS! UPDATE (Cont).: Had to go there again out of geographic necessity for no other reason. First time back since October 2025. (April 2026 now). Richard laughed at me when I was frustrated about 3 items I wanted all being out of stock that were STILL on their menu. No pharmacist on staff AGAIN to help make a better decision. Didn't offer to call one. Didn't serve me. I asked for his name. He said "It's Richard, but no one is going to care that I laughed at you." Well, I think enough people reading this review, and several other ones over the past six months, will car enough that I will indirectly with my reviews and spreading the word cost you 10x the business I ever gave you in the past. Hope it was worth it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Tell me you changed management without telling me you changed management… Some typical dude bro must’ve been friends with somebody who promoted him because there’s no way this guy this new guy who’s a manager now as of October 2025 should be a manager. He was not at all knowledgeable about products there was not a pharmacist on staff he messed up my order I had to come back to the dispensary to do an exchange and then instead of apologizing after 12 minutes of him figuring out how to fix it he said there you go all set never even said sorry and when I called him out for not apologizing he very sarcastically said sorry for the inconvenience and I turned around and I said you know what while I’m calling headquarters because that’s not good enough at this point I shouldn’t have to train you to be a manager you should’ve already been taught these things. So he had Security follow me out like seriously? I’m never coming back go see for yourself the whole experience there is not the same anymore and this guy clearly doesn’t care about patients. he’s just taking home a paycheck
