Changed my 5 star review and being my favorite dispensary to a one star and never coming back. Ramona at the front desk was extremely rude. Argued with me about opening the door before showing my med card to the camera. Which I did and the door clicked so I opened it. She was extremely rude and unprofessional I will never return as the customer service starting at the front desk was the worst ever in the 7 years I’ve been apart of the pa mmj program. However I will say the manager on duty was nice, professional, and handled the situation well.

Maitri is the BEST. The staff here is super friendly and the customer service is always exceptional. This is the only dispensary I go to anymore. Their selection of products is also outstanding, and they have great deals and sales all the time.

this place is amazing and the people are so wonderful. Anytime I talk to friends about this location, or the other ones, we all agree the staff and management are always on point and kind. These negative reviews do not reflect the actual business. It seems like the negative reviews on here are from miserable and bitter people. Please do not let the loud minority influence your decision.

First of all, the employees are fantastic and do a wonderful job. I have spent $150-300 a month here for the last three years, $5-10k total. Recently, I was informed of a planned change in policy/pricing regarding the point system. I have also noticed a gradual and consistent increase in prices for some of their Maitri branded products. After getting used to paying a certain price point as a regular customer, it’s disappointing to see this change and I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere. I hope to see a change that returns to previous prices. Thankfully there are other options in the east end that will still be offering the level of pricing I was used to.
