This has got to be the worst dispensary in the area. The app and website updates are absolute trash. Received an email this morning with my points, app shows over 400 pts. Get there and told nope, no points. Its been a couple weeks since I had been there. Not enough for the points to expire. This is not the only issue I've had with them. Months prior, the budtender used my points when i specifically told them not to, which then caused me to lose out on the actual reward i was trying to obtain. The app update also made it way less user friendly. I've given this place enough of my money. Time to go elsewhere.

I'm extremely impressed with the management here. I've never had to return a cart before and had EXTREME anxiety about doing so 😭 *I took pictures as evidence and everything* but my bf called ahead and talked to them so when I went in they already had a new one picked out for me to replace the old one. Extremely impressed and it was a huge relief. Quick and easy, they have stolen my business from others closer to me :) *Edit i originally tried them because they also seem more knowledgeable about the products than other local places I've tried which I also highly appreciate

New system is bullcrap, what happened to the regular discount days?! Apparently no one knows when anything will be on sale, some of us plan our trips so we don’t have to drive an hour 3 times a week

Advertise one brand , and hit the switcheroo with a lower quality at register that happens to b from same parent Co. (Advertised Cresco , I ordered Cresco, told it was Creaco at the register and go outsode.....Supply.) The price should've been lower because of that. Rip off artists and will not b returning.

Everyone who works there has always been very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Pete is the best though. I went in with no idea what to purchase for specific conditions and he took his time with me, did some research and offered 2 items to try. Very friendly and it was a pleasant experience 😄

Every time I gave Ethos my business i have had to deal with just rude employees. Every. Time. The deals here aren’t worth feeling like you’re stupid for even being there. Good luck with keeping that 4.9 review.
