It promotes CanPay application to avoid fees when paying using your bank account and when you want to pay, its not how is promoted. Just access to $5 when my bank has more than that. Trulieve didn't even knew how to use this application. I canceled my account but they has access to all my personal information which is scary!!! Before careful with this dispensary when is time to use an application that they have the option when you checked out to use but they have no clue what is all about!!!

Exceptional customer service. Stacey was knowledgeable on products, and did not rush me. There were 5 employees here dedicated to the experience, and one even greeted me at the door! Very impressed with their staff and dedication. Highly recommend.

They always offer discounts of some type majority of the week. Everything has been good so far, the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I like the new rewards program and the service is still wonderful.

Was in York Trulieve today to purchase product and was informed by the receptionist, AJ, that Mark, the manager, was fired by the company. I find that to be less than helpful, as Mark was the most pleasant person in the store. Additionally, the bud tender was causing a disturbance about receiving samples for himself. Unfortunately, given this situation, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE They consistently have things on the menu that when you order and get confirmation that your order is ready, they still do not have the products. The menu is just lies. I can't count how many times I've ordered something, got a confirmation message that my order was ready for pickup, got there and the pople are like 'oh sorry we don't have that we're out of it'. Then when I ask them to take it off their menu, they say they don't know how and just play dumb. It's ridiculous. Rise is so much better

First let me say that I absolutely loved this dispensary. Now it seems communication is a thing of the past. Today I put an order in and just like that within an hour it was ready. So I headed over to dispensary to get my order. I walked in Jamie greeted, perfect, like every time. She asked if I had an online order. Yes, I said. We'll not even 5 minutes later Jamie asked if I was sure I had an online order. I said yes n pulled up text message with order number. I told Jamie n she said no i will find it. In the meantime Aj took me back n cld not find my order. I told him I had order number. I gave it to him. Nope, could not find it. I told him what I ordered n Aj told me that that product was out of stock. Ok but how did I receive a text stating that my order was canceled because both of the products I ordered within an hour are no longer available. Some one canceled my order n failed to notify me, like it has been done in the past. Not sure how this is acceptable. But ok!! Very disappointed in how the customer service has gone down in the last few months. Some of the budtenders are not very nice or pleasant. I miss the good Ole days when they knew the customer's name, and was on point with the products. So please truelieve do better!!!
