Honestly love the front staff. They are always cheerful. Even the low energy workers are pretty friendly. However, I have never had so many issues with a dispensary before. My first issue was one of the managers, Steve, called me hours after my very first transaction trying to accuse me of somehow walking out the door with product he THOUGHT I had not paid for. However, the logic of that thought is beyond me because you can not even physically have the product handed over to you until you have paid for it. So either his worker stole from him and he tried to blame me or they couldn't math correctly. Either way, sounds like a management issue, not a customers. I was not at all pleased with the way I was spoken too. He did try to make up for it with a discount on my next purchase but after basically being accused of being a thief, the damage was done. Then I go to the dispo days before my card is going to expire. They have a wonderful kind young man upfront working the desk who gives me a friendly reminder that my card is expiring. Then he proceeds to tell me there is an event on Junteenth, where we can do our card recertifications for $1.00. I waited after my card expired for this event to renew it, just to be told on Junteenth when I called Ethos to talk to Steve, that no one knew anything about this event and to call back the next day. Then I called back June 20th and the event was canceled. I can not look up this event to confirm, never even got the name of said event. I am starting to wonder if they did have one and this Steve guy just has something against me or it actually was canceled. Bc howwwwww do these things happen repetatively sir??????? No issues with the front line staff though. They are all pleasant to deal with.

The new website app whatever is TRASH. They have been on a mission to screw everything up. This store is no different than any other. This is a commercial weed shop.

From the new website to the new pricing this is now my least favorite store in Pittsburgh. Seriously what a turnaround. And only a 30% birthday discount. Wow.
