The clerk DeShawn wouldn’t speak to me, didn’t offer to substitute the product that my order was missing, didn’t tell me pricing of substitutions. I was on my phone when I walked in, I didn’t realize the rule against it. No need for every employee to yell at me at once and the manager stand up, point and yell about it. I hung up right away and apologized and all the staff members wouldn’t speak to me and got attitudes after. My bad guys, but no need to be so rude and standoffish about it.
