  Sold me a faulty disposable and because I don’t have the original packaging (which, who would assuming you’re being sold something that works) they won’t to compensate me in any way. The lady I spoke to on the phone not only was rude but continued to cut me off as I tried to ask questions. As a long term customer I will not be back. You would think they would do something to compensate their patients for selling them a faulty product. I have never met a company who refuses to compensate a customer in a faulty product even when they are offering to bring it in and show them. Would not recommend.

  Paid for a doorbuster eighth, when i looked at it, it was one tony nug, nat even a half gram. Went to return it, & was told was unable to return… so i paid for something i did not receive, and the manager told me there was nothing they could do! Totally unprofessional! I will never be back! That it absurd!

  It was 5 stars until one of the employees kicks me out for friendly conversation with another employee. The other employee i have known since his childhood. She was rude and very unprofessional. Everyone else see.med confused and didn't know what was going on. I also want to state that I was the only customer in the whole store including the waiting room. I've said hi to this employee, but I have not ever really engaged in any conversation with this lady.im pissed. I've only been nice with all the employees there. Most likely the stars will go back up, but I want an apology from this employee and maybe some context.

  Best staff and selection in the Lehigh Valley I cannot recommend this place enough! Every single time I walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They always take the time to help you find exactly what you're looking for without ever making you feel rushed. Great products, fair prices, and amazing customer service.
