The in store staff is great. Super friendly and helpful. Unfortunatly the parent company couldn't run a vacuum cleaner much less a cannabis store. They mostly carry only their own brands which are not up to the quality standards of the rest of the pa program. They really need more brands/products.

Beyond Hello Dispensary is hands-down one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection. What really stood out was the customer service. Jenna who helped me, was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the differences between products, and made recommendations that were spot-on. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Beyond Hello Dispensary, especially if you get the chance to work with Jenna! 😊
