Chrissy was great! The AC in the sales area wasn't working right but she didn't let that dampen her mood!

I called in as a caregiver to assist a 73-year-old patient. Patsy showed me extreme patience answering all the questions that I had regarding all the different products. She couldn’t have been more professional. I give Patsy an AAA+++. Thank you, Patsy. Scott

This is based on the lack of ability for anyone to answer the phone. If you doubt my review or feel different, just try to call them to ask a "Human" a simple question to save an hour one way drive. With that being said, once inside the employees are "ALWAYS" wonderful and helpful. So management you need to work half as hard as your employees to fix your phone coverage or lack there of.

This is the only local dispensary I shop at. It’s the first place I tried, and I love the vibe. Every single person who has helped me is super friendly. I genuinely believe the workers there love their job! I do not order online because the website is bothersome…. Every time I click on something, it takes me back to the top of the page and have to scroll down again so I do usually just use the kiosk. I love the kiosk because I like to place one larger order every few weeks to take advantage of the discounts they offer (which are superb btw). Also, to people concerned with the germs from the kiosk, every counter at checkout has a big thing of hand sanitizer:) I’ll continue to be a loyal customer, and look forward to future visits. Thanks guys!

I have been going here a while and always had a good experience, everyone nice. But... I don't like new website, old one was better. Today I went and told to use kiosk. I don't use them anywhere. I don't pre-order, l hope to be able say what I want and get it. Kiosks are not clean and a PITA.
