I could type a whole essay on how great these guys and gals are but I’ll keep it short and sweet. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, they’ve given me great recommendations when searching for a specific product. They have a great selection of different brands and products with some good deals and an awesome rewards system to save as well. I love their new computer system. It’s very up-to-date and fast I get in and out and when I’m sitting or having to wait it’s at least maybe five minutes or less. Very professional and friendly people any problem I had they had no problem fixing it. Definitely recommend coming here.

I had a great experience during my visit. It was my first time here, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Julia was my sales rep, and she was outstanding. She was informative, knowledgeable, and even offered some great recommendations . She explained the products clearly and made sure I understood the store’s return policy. Overall, I had an excellent first experience and would definitely recommend this store to others. Thank you, Julia, and the entire team for the exceptional customer service.

I accidentally made 2 orders. They are always very kind and said it was no big deal. I recognize they did the work for 2 orders though and also had to restock the other order. The associate that helped me on this occasion was Zachary Thompson and he was helpful and thoughtful.

I have visited Every dispensary in my area and have settled on Trulieve of Reading for everything I need. The staff always alerts me to giveaways and specials when I come in. They are very informative and if one doesn't know the answer they find someone who does. I still get emails and alerts from other dispensary but the best prices for what I want usually are found here. I will continue to make Trulieve my go to.
