I love this location. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I usually order online but if you come in to pick something out in person they are super patient and work with you. The only negatives I can think of are the parking is pretty limited and the parking lot is in pretty poor condition.

I popped in there the other day to pick up some flower. Everyone there was so kind And polite! One thing I was concerned about was all the dust. One of the employees explained to me that they were removing a window due to it leaking. Okay reasonable. Having the employees operate while the construction/reconstruction being done is absolutely unacceptable! One employee was sneezing and coughing the entire time during my purchase, as well as another was actively cleaning the dust I guess to try and make it look not as bad? These are not acceptable working conditions, nor was it appropriate for the store to be operating during the construction. I am someone with a compromised immune system and having to be in that environment for maybe 10 Minutes has given me hives and a cough. Everyone there is great no complaints with the service, but knowing there are employees who are actively working during the construction is terrible! Trulieve please do better for your employees and folks who shop there!

I just wanted to let you know about the excellent service. I receive at Trulieve 5th Street. Everyone there is always so helpful but I would like to tell you about my latest experience with Melissa. Since the website was changed, I have a very hard time placing online orders and the last few times I’ve been in. I’ve told Melissa about this problem. she set me up with the website and now I have no problems at all, placing my online orders because she explained everything to me she has always been so helpful every time I’ve been in and I just think she should be recognized for this.
