Messed up my order now for the third time I ordered an 8 inch bagel times lime sorbet and when I get home it's just an 8 inch bagel is totally unacceptable I put my order in online and you guys came to fill it correctly starting to get a little obnoxious maybe I need to start spreading my business around to the other local dispensaries. Maybe I just need to stop using your online ordering Since we can't seem to look at the order and fill it correctly

I gave this place a one star and I used to love coming here. I went on the last day of my card expiring until I can get another one and I was denied getting my medicine. Who can I contact because I will be filing a complaint.

Today an order was placed an CONFIRMED. This order contained Khalifa Kush....3.5g for $13.75. Now IYKYK this was one hell of a discount so snatched up 2 of these. Surprise surprise when went to pick it up there was no order in the system. There was a bag with a different KK in it for me that they REFUSED to sell to me. Now ANY OTHER BUSINESS EATS their errors but not this store.....refused to fulfill the order and DID NOT CARE I LEFT WITHOUT ANY PRODUCT! This is yet another example of the deplorable customer service at this Camp Hill location. I have spread the word and found a couple others that were refused this product as well. Will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. Will be contacting the PA DOH about this as well. Honor your pricing and actually appreciate your customers! DO BETTER TRULIEVE CAMP HILL!!!!!

I don’t understand this dispensary. They make you wait in the waiting area to be called back to purchase your order. While I was waiting I saw at least 4-5 employees behind the counter not helping anyone so that was confusing as I was stopping through on my way to work. Need better door signs too. Why are there so many doors for no reason.

i just wanted to update and say that: trulieve is the only dispo my patient and i will utilize. AMAZING STAFF. always friendly and helpful. just all around such lovely people work here. NEVER have had a negative experience due to employees or anything like that. we are forever grateful for the staff and pharmacists here. I am a caregiver for a patient requiring medical mj. We have had some unfavorable experiences at other dispensaries, but my last two visits to Trulieve have been excellent. The staff are kind and wonderfully helpful and easy to interact with. There was no hostility or disrespect towards patients, caregivers, or between members of staff. The online ordering system is easy to use and pick-up orders are quick and simple. This facility is very clean and quiet, very comfortable all around. Staff out front are so kind and lovely, as are the members in the back handling orders. Parking can be tight, but that is no fault of the dispensary, just matter of fact due to the businesses around it. Prices are comparable to other dispensaries in the area, but this store seems to have a wider variety of stock, at least compared to Fluent. We will definitely be eyeing this location are our main pickup for my lovely patient, especially if they were to come with me.

Friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and efficient team members! These aren't soulless checkout drones you'll find at most retailers. I've never had a bad experience at Trulieve!
