i’ve been coming here for about 2 months and usually have a great experience but i bought a cartridge that produced smoke but tasted burnt and had no effect. they would not let me get a new cartridge without paying for a new one because to them it’s not ineffective if smoke comes out. i’m not going to waste money on a cart that doesn’t work the way it’s intended to so unfortunately i won’t be coming back. best bet is still going to Massachusetts. people can’t be wasting money because a product simply produces smoke. burning metal produces smoke and is not safe to ingest so i don’t understand that logic or lack thereof.
