  Decent store, good employees, horrific delivery system. I do recommend this place as its the only real cannabis store on the island and the employees are all great. However, the delivery system is atrocious. I do not blame the employees at all, they always try to make it right. But whatever software they use for orders constantly screws up. I will place an order for NEXT day delivery and yet, they will try to deliver it that same day when I am not home. Which is why I ordered it for the following day. The employees always make it up though so not too bad, just frustrating.

  I owe NCC an updated review. My original review was for a different dispensary. It has changed to NCC and everything is better. Ok there were a couple of slip ups and mishaps in my 3 orders, but they were taken care of no problems. The products are better than what I got at the old place. Prices are also better here. Delivery team and managers are on point. This is my new go to place for bud in the state of RI. Below is the review of the OLD owners place Ugh. Have never had to start a dispensary review this way before, but.. honestly, I can NOT recommend this place to anyone unless, like me, you are desperate for delivery. I think they are they only place in this state that is delivering so far. Unfortunately for us, they seem to know it. The actual delivery was fine. However, they do not seem to offer a medical discount. According to my receipt and mathematics, there was no discount for placing my order as medical. I also made a huge mistake. Yip me, it's my fault. I misread something and ordered a product I actually did not want. I proceeded to call the store and ask about the discount and if they could do anything about the wrong product. After placing me on hold for a few minutes, she returned and said that the order WAS, in fact, a medical order.. did not say, but we don't have a discount but insisted everything was fine. Ok, whatever. I just didn't feel like arguing. So I asked about ordering the wrong product and was basically told.. too bad, so sad. Bye-bye. Wouldn't do not do a single thing for me, even being a first-time customer. MY mistake, but most places have a return policy of some sort. To not offer ANYTHING, I'm really disappointed. Now the products. BONE DRY flower. The first one I dumped out had a bunch of chafe. That hasn't happened to me in this state yet. It was not a bargain strain. The second is just as dry. Severely disappointed with the entire place. The prices are on the high side to begin with. I doubt they'll get another order from me. The only reason they got the second star was delivery experience. The fact that nobody from this place has even bothered to answer ANY of my concerns just further speaks volumes about this place and the owners. Edit: I spoke with a manager in the store a few days ago. He said that they usually don't respond to reviews. He told me that bud is dry this time of year, so it's to be expected. He stated their medical discount is a reduced tax on the order, and he will look at my order and throw me some loyalty points or something and hurried off the call. Their prices look like they're now trying to get 37.50+ per 8th. You might get lucky and find find one or two for less. However, they are Still too rich for my blood. Mother Earth and/or Aura, or Rise are the far better choices if you can get there.

  Disappointing experience—locals deserve better. It’s a shame this is the only dispensary on Aquidneck Island, because they clearly take their monopoly for granted. Frustrating Service: They ignore their own queuing system, prioritizing quick walk-in tourist dollars over loyal, local online order customers. Subpar Quality & Bad Value: The quality is average at best. Much of their flower is damp. Because cannabis is sold by weight, you are literally paying extra for moisture that makes the product difficult to grind and less enjoyable to smoke. Better Alternatives Nearby: You will get significantly better quality and lower prices just 10 minutes away at Northeast Alternatives in Fall River. There are a few nice individuals working here, but "nice" doesn't justify overpaying for a frustrating experience. Skip this spot and cross the state line.

  The change in ownership is wonderful. The prices are affordable and the Selection is amazing. They have item for medical patients and it's so helpful. I can control my pain and anxiety now. The staff is smart and knowledgeable about the various products. Edibles even come sugar free for us diabetics. They have flower sales and if you spend a certain amount you get a free item as a surprise.The delivery driver is top notch, discreet, pleasant and polite.

  I stopped by here hoping for a quick and helpful visit, but the experience was pretty lackluster. The selection felt quite limited and the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers find what they needed. It felt like a bit of a hassle to get simple questions answered, and I left feeling like my business was not really appreciated.
