Used to actually work well and things would go smoothly, they have screwed up over half my last 10 orders and this last one they sent me the entire wrong strain and type of product, said they refunded the points to my account, then didn't. You can't even call them directly anymore, basically a scam company at this point. edit: they also screwed up fixing that problem somehow.

Stopped in this week and Sam was great! Helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and was fun to chat with while going through the steps of my transaction. The selection has gotten so much wider over the years since it opened, and the whole process runs super smoothly so it's a quick in and out without a bunch of waiting time. I also appreciate that I can browse the menu ahead of time to get an idea of what I want.

Wanted to try this store out cause it's close to my house, I waited in a line for 20 minutes without a single worker coming out to ring anyone up. Finally I just gave up and left because no one wanted to help us. 4-5 workers around the store but no one doing anything.

Anything we can do about the lines or speed of service? One single person was checking out in the lobby with 8 people waiting. We finally went to the drive through to pick up an online order. Even without a single car in the drive through line, it took well over 10 minutes. Plus you're company listed items online to sell on your website, but when we got the the drive through, we were told they couldn’t sell them because they aren’t in your system. ???? What is happening with your location? It’s a total disaster!!

I ordered online because I have severe hip and back pain. I normally go through the drive through but am unable to if there are a lot of cars in it already. The dude who checked me in was also the dude who helped me receive and pay for my order and he was astounding (the receipt says his name is Andrew). However this was a horrible experience. When I got into a line I went into the express one as I had ordered online the night before. I was the only one in the express line however there were 2 men in the walk-in line. We were the only ones waiting to be helped at this point. There were only 2 people helping people check out and they were currently helping people who took FOREVER as one dude had no clue what he wanted and the other lady would NOT stop talking. Once one of them finally left they called up one of the men who had gotten there BEFORE ME even though he was a WALK-IN. I was confused but let it slide even though I should have been called up first for having an express order. Then once the other person finally left they called up the SECOND WALK-IN. I use a cane and was in visible immense pain at that point (shaking, pale, sweating, tears). Since they were both walk-ins they naturally took WAY more time because they needed to figure out what they wanted. The entire reason for an express lane is that the people in it are supposed to take priority since they have already ordered. When I finally got to the counter it took literally one minute from start to finish because I ordered ONLINE the night before. In total I spent 30 minutes in SEVERE PAIN when it should have taken 15. I am literally getting back surgery in 3 days so this was my only chance to come in before hand. I have never had this problem when I have gone in to Lehi Curaleaf. I only hope they can do better next time because I have no other dispensary I can go to due to the distance and because Provo curaleaf has no express lane, no places to sit while waiting way longer in line (20min on average), and no way to select curbside from their online or app ordering.
