Came into to renew my card everything went great. Make a purchase everyone is lovely then I get home and realize the gummies that were supposed to to be a $1 with purchase, were in fact not I was overcharged only given the regular discount if you purchase them alone. Check your order before you pay. Edit I reached via phone no answer left a message and no response.

Everyone there is amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable I love it there and have never had anything less than great experience. Last time I was in though Trace F went into so much detail about everything and explained all the changes that have happened within the last little while and I really appreciated all he enlightened me on 👍🏻

The attention I have received from the very beginning, has been an amazing experience. I went in on one of the promos and was helped by a Bob Marley fan LP. He could tell I was nervous, and he made it easy for this ol lady. Went to the pharmacy and not only the first time but EVERY time I have gone everyone has answered and helped explain all the new and different product items. Highly recommend

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. Steer very clear of this dispensary. The manager Trace “added”on a $25 credit to my account and then told me I was unable to use it for an entire order because it doesn’t use up the whole credit. I was then told that I have $20 in rewards points that I was unable to use either. Somehow this is the ONLY dispensary that seems to have rewards that can’t be used for a singular order. When I asked for a clear explanation of why that was, he then made me feel like I had no clue what I was talking about. The only thing I wanted to do was use EITHER one of my credits/ rewards to pay for my order but I guess I’m going crazy and have never been aloud to do so. I had even mentioned how every other dispensary that I have ever been to in my life lets me use my points to pay for an order. Not to mention the terrible customer service and wait times @ this place. Very unorganized and unprofessional business. I would recommend you try the Bloc or Dragonfly if you’re looking for an easy and fast process. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
