These guys have the makings of a good shop but have a couple problems they needs to work on. First the product description is going the wayside with the more new brands they get making it hard to pick something. Also staff are not all equal I tend to get pretty good service but I always get a stink eye and bad customer service from this one dark frizzy hair with glasses women that works there, she has beef with my father and takes it out on me when buy stuff. If the keeseville dispensary was closer I'd stop coming here.

Just wanted to say that my experience with Austin today at the Herb Cave was really great. He took the time to bring me up to speed on all of the products that were not available 30 years ago.
