Customer service was on point. Atmosphere of the shop was clean and well lit. Staff was also knowledgeable. But the customer service, was what you would always hope a place you visit gives you. Solid 5/5

Everyone in there is super friendly and always helps me find what I need! They are all very communicative and take the time with their customers! I will never go anywhere else in the area for my THC needs as I have been to them all and this place beats them in customer service, price and quality! I will be coming here probably for the rest of my life 🤣

My mother is a veteran and also had a life altering spine surgery in December 2025. The way their team talks to her and takes the time to help her find what works best for her truly means more to me than I can express. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and patience you all show her every time she comes in. Your shop is always clean, consistent, and welcoming, but more than that, you genuinely help people. Knowing my mom has a place where she feels supported and respected while getting the medicine she needs gives me real peace of mind, especially being so far away. I sincerely appreciate everything you and your team do. Thank you for always being there for my mother.💪🏾🙌🏽🩷 I would definitely recommend this shop

If you are unaware of the system they have here you have to wait in the front room before you go back. I unfortunately didn't know this rule. So I was represented for walking into the back room. Then someone walks in cuts right in front of us and he just takes them back. After telling me go sit down I'll be with you in a min. So I guess when you go in you have to be rude to get service here.
