Great delivery service. Pharmacist not so great. I consulted him before my last purchase. He recommended 2 strains that are stimulating even though I told him I don't need any stimulation.

My grandpa passed away yesterday morning after a long illness. A few weeks ago, I bought him a preroll from GLeaf, and he told me it made him feel like he was dreaming. That memory has stayed with me. I came back to buy another preroll to place in his casket, hoping to find the same inexpensive one I’d purchased before. When I asked if they had any on sale, I was told they didn’t. It felt a little awkward, but I explained that my grandpa had just passed away and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because it was simply something meaningful I wanted to send him off with. Without hesitation, she looked through my purchase history and found that they actually still had the exact preroll he had enjoyed. Her kindness, empathy, and willingness to help made an incredibly difficult day a little lighter. She never made me feel judged or uncomfortable, and I’ll always be grateful for that. Thank you for your compassion. Rest in peace, Grandpa John Robert “Rat” Moss March 9, 1943 – July 24, 2026 I pray you enjoy the Triple 7 Crown Jewels for eternity. You will always be one of my favorites.

The people and the service are great but, the selection and prices suck. All the other dispensaries have cool programs for lower prices, not GLeaf. All the other dispensaries offer a variety of higher THC count products, not GLeaf. I have driven to Portsmouth and Lynchburg, from Richmond, for better selection and pricing.

I use to get a text when the drivers are on their way. Not no more. You get a morning phone call with a window of time but that is not accurate. I was in the shower when the driver came early.

Staff is very nice and knowledgeable, Abigail and Omar were great to deal with. They answered my questions and helped me with my concerns about maybe trying something a little more potent.

I appreciate how they find THC levels over 50% for our veteran smokers because the 30s and 40s just don't cut it anymore I appreciate how they do this thanks Dave

This was my first ever purchase of Medical Cannabis. I had questions and every person I spoke to and emailed we're so kind and helpful. My first order was beyond my expectations and I'm so glad I made the decision to order and work with the Gleaf Manchester experts.
