The staff was so knowledgeable. They listened to everything I said in relation to my desired results for pain management. It was like talking to the concierge of the five star hotel in some place other than CRW. Great selection, prices & quality with first class treatment. Al and the rest of the crew was top notch. Kudos!

04/01/2026: I’ve been a loyal customer for years and that will never change. I absolutely love Mike and Austin. Two of the best guys in town - very helpful and kind. I now and always will highly recommend :) 05/29/2025 The staff and facility are still utterly exceptional! Teena is an absolute joy. The way she helps, treats, and speaks to people proves her genuine care. I have a master’s degree in leadership & one thing is for sure - Teena is a leader. I came in last week right after being released from the hospital- she didn’t start rattling off sales or numbers - she immediately grabbed me and gave me the absolute biggest hug. You’re not getting treated like that at all dispensaries (this is simply Teena’s touch & nature). She’s a friend - leader - and advocate all rolled into one. I feel blessed for being able to be a customer with Greene Street & even more so that I’ve found great support & friendships with your staff. I love Nate, Mike, Shane, and Terra as well. Continued excellent service is the standard here. June 2023 I had my first patient visit at the Kanawha City location in June 2023. The facility is absolutely beautiful- it feels like walking into a high -end hotel! You sign in at the front desk and staff will assist you with whatever questions or needs you may have. You are enabled to bring a guest who is not a patient, but I believe they must be 21 years of age or older and must sign in with an I.D. They are also not permitted to purchase products for personal use. The staff was absolutely fantastic to work with. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Nick, Brett, and Teena - who were all extremely knowledgeable and kind. The prices offered are fantastic and completely reasonable. I’ve since had the pleasure of meeting Dustin, Justin, & Colby - again, the staff is absolutely premium. They truly care about your needs as a patient, and your overall wellbeing as a person. As a loyal patron, I’m beyond thrilled with the facility, the service, its staff, and amazing products. I will remain a patient at this location and am so grateful!! Go Greene Street! :)

Greenstreet is amazing. All the staff are knowledgeable on the products and options. If you don’t know what you need they can help you, so by the time you leave, you got exactly what you came for. I have a few favorite staff members just because our vibes match, but every single soul there is warm and welcoming. And did I mention sometimes they give away free merch!! I have a collection of free tees I have received on special event days!! Always a fabulous visit!!
