Great place but the cart I got was heavily crystallized and wasn’t very high quality. 25% was crystals which wouldn’t melt. This isn’t uncommon with these kinds of carts but was really disappointed that I had to throw it out after it wouldn’t melt any further.

Went there with my grand daughter, not for myself. Truly impressed with the atmosphere and the friendly young lady behind the counter, very openly friendly and helpful. Nice little shop with inviting area to sit, plants and decorations were very well done. Shop is clean and well organized, very inviting... impressed. Prices... well, they are what they are but don't rely on me, I'm over 70, everything everywhere seems pricy. Lots of products to choose from, great selection. If I was into their products, thus would be a premier place to shop.

Went to NovaHemp for the first time. I was in search of tinctures (not many places have these). I was not only impressed with the selection, but this place shows professionalism, super clean, a lot of choices of anything you are looking for plus great prices!! Ally and Mia are fantastic! I appreciate their education on the products. Ally even helped me with the child proof cap that are on the tinctures. Someone with arthritis, I find it super hard to open. She was generous with her time to help me! Also, happy NovaHemp is conveniently located not far from my job in Marshall! Thank you!!

NOVA Hemp has set the bar incredibly high when it comes to both product quality and customer care. Every item I’ve tried has been top‑tier, consistent, effective, and clearly crafted with attention to detail. It’s rare to find a company where you can trust that anything you order will be exceptional, but NOVA Hemp delivers that confidence every time. What really makes them stand out though, is their customer service. They don’t just respond to issues, they own them. On the rare occasion something isn’t perfect, they go above and beyond to make it right, ensuring you walk away completely satisfied. That level of dedication is hard to come by and even harder to forget. If you’re looking for a company that truly values its customers and produces some of the best hemp products out there, NOVA Hemp is the one. They’ve earned every bit of praise they get.

Definitely consider Nova Hemp if you're looking into finding alternative solutions to finding your equilibrium. The helpful staff at this establishment are ready and willing to help you understand the products they offer while keeping you informed about the potential benefits of what they have available. Plenty of merchandise to choose from, even if you're looking for something to add to the bath to help dial in that good night's sleep. Great prices and veteran friendly 🪖
