This has become my go-to shop. Maria has helped me a couple of times now, and she’s always been awesome. She’s really knowledgeable but explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She’s also just a genuinely kind person and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Great selection, great people, and great customer service. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

I’ve been here a few times now and always have a good experience. Maria is honestly one of the nicest people there. She’s really easy to talk to and actually knows what she’s talking about. She asked what I was looking for, explained a few options without making it confusing, and helped me find exactly what I needed. The whole shop has a good vibe, and the customer service keeps me coming back.

Was in town for a couple days and came in looking for something fun to try but was clueless of what. An employee named, Maria, helped a lot. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. She made the experience very fun and recommended a mango passion fruit gummy. If I’m in town again, I would definitely come here again.

Dude with the Cane has to go. Not only is he extremely arrogant to customers, He is beyond rude to fellow employees. Literally watched him tell a fellow employee he was basically retarded for not looking in a draw that was clear on bottom where stuff typically is. Started coming to cloud 9 for great prices and selection, Will be staying with the other dispensaries after watching his interactions on more than one visit to the store
- Brittany CrosbyMay 28, 2026
I've came in randomly to this location and Everytime it's just been awkward and weird. Zero customers in store and not a good selection. Not good prices either. I only stop here if I have to. I would drive somewhere else for better selections and prices.
