I like the deals here. There was a newer guy there today he said hes been there for 2 weeks. It shows. Also said he doesnt even smoke weed anymore. That shows also. Maybe dont mention that to customers because it instantly made me disregard any recommendations he actually did have. Especially since I asked to see a specific brand for oz and he showed me a bunch of other stuff that wasn’t in my price range before finally showing me some oz i was looking for. Just a waste of time when i came in for one specific brand. Also asked for 6pk of papers, its like he didnt know how to walk to the other side to see the options, started showing me the 3pks by his register. I hate when i have to do their job for them. And why hire someone that doesn’t even smoke? Just seems odd when half of the job is helping customers choose. It was clear i was more educated than him by simply saying what a particular strain was 2 crosses of, pretty basic knowledge honestly and if he didnt lie about having smoked for years beforehand im shocked he didnt know and i had to tell him. Train this one to ask for help if he doesnt know something please. That being said i have a great experience anytime its anyone else helping me.

July 2026 I came in for the first time from out of state. The product was good but a little low on the %. I spent $25 for .5g prerolls. I am limited on what I can consume. My bug tender was kind and patient. It would be nice if you guys had perks for new clients. I guess every state is different.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great selection at reasonable prices. There are deals to watch out for too. I've bought tinctures and edibles and certainly feel that I got my money's worth.

worth the drive! I drove by multiple other suppliers to come here. Respectfull selections ,plenty of choices . Money , they sell eatables my preference for $6.50, same brands I pay $14+ at those other places. Staff is very good , they check all the boxes . Show up once, and you're going to know ...that this is now your good to go store! 🤓

These are great people. I shop at a lot of places in King and Snohomish County, been to Local Roots several times and it's been all great experiences. Good prices and friendly staff.

I go to the pre order pick up spot and I get told to go to the normal line. What’s the point of having a pre order register and with the light on? Next time I will just come in oh wait there won’t be another

Extremely rude. Will NOT be coming back. Will take my business elsewhere. (Not that they gaf Lmao) Ive never written a review in my LIFE and i know its Everett lmfao so cant say much, not to sound like a Karen but i was so caught off guard by how i was treated. Been coming here for almost 2+ years with no issues at all always with a smile very friendly and purchase here almost WEEKLY and the staff have always been very nice and helpful always have my order in hand when i get there, Natalie is extremely nice and helpful well Today i went in and there was a tall female with long brown hair very nonchalant person, im assuming was the manager she was extremely rude and did not handle the situation in the correct way at all. She was very nice at first then said rude things to me right when i was about to leave which was extremely uncalled for, The words she used and the way she handled a situation was completely disrespectful and rude. If thats the manager there then im very sorry for the customers and staff that have to deal with her attitude. She did not care what i had to say at all and did not seem to understand what i was saying or care. I was very nice during the entire conversation until she was rude. Do not come here, If you are a nice customer who is a regular they dont CARE ‼️ Theres another kush or “Locals Roots” about 10 minutes the other way. Will be going there from now on, Do not want to deal with rude employees who cant even listen to me or understand my POV and are very stuck up. Thanks tall lady with long hair for ruining my experience here! Very upsetting. Fix your attitude and the way you see things in life when handling a situation with a customer if you are a “manager” if she even was. Dont waste your time here unless dealing with Natalie or male associates! Anyone else is new or stuck up! Thanks for reading.
