The employees USED to be so helpful and kind. I LOVED this store. Now it’s never a good experience. If it’s not empty shelves it’s just lacking interactions were you can tell they just want you out of the store. Went in today and asked for something that Theorem always calls them, ‘tankers’ with clear oil. (I only started going to theroem because this several times this year Have A Heart has issues keeping the shelves super stocked with options for me). I have insomnia. I’m lucky if I sleep more than 2 hours and today I forgot the word oil and or I guess syringe. So I pointed to the RSO syringes as I’ve really grown to love a brand that carries clear distillate in the syringes that’s been easier to pallet for me over RSO- but has always been next to the RSO whenever I’ve seen them at any weed shop. I understand that this employee might not have never heard of a ‘tanker’ or that maybe Theorems shop just has its own fun lingo, but idk, being mansplained that RSO only comes in dark forms because of how it’s harvested… is kinda crazy. I didn’t say I needed RSO at any point or that I didn’t know what it was or how it was made. I was trying to find the similar product with clear oil. Anyways I left handed as it didn’t really seem like the employee wanted to help find an alternative, they just explained to me how and why rso is dark… there was a break in convo after that with no alternatives or questions to try and help so I left to go to Kenmore.

This place may be a little small but for its size it has a pretty decent selection and quite a bit of parking so getting a spot usually isn't a issue. I enjoy coming here because the staff is usually always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful when I have questions or if I'm not sure about something and never make me feel like they are trying to just make a sale. Speaking of staff and the main reason I'm writing this review is for one employee who in my opinion stands above the rest and always seems to be in a good mood and smiling, helpful and greets everyone kindly ( when she can cause it gets busy ) and does her best to get to everyone in a timely manner. The employee I would like to praise is Brittany with her wonderful personality, it makes sense for someone like her to be working at a place called have a heart because you can tell she has a big one and puts a lot of it into her work, and the customers she assists. Sometimes it's not just the product that keeps you coming back but the friendly people and the vibe as well.

This place seems to be going downhill the past few months. Nothing is ever stocked and it looks like they are closing. If you like something it most likely won't be there again the next time you go.

You guys used to have decent prices consistently, but now it's a sporadic sale where that's the only time that you guys can even compete to the prices that are in the area, especially Bothell. Not to mention, your guys's website is the most unuser-friendly website that I've ran across in a while. You really need to get a web developer on your website to figure something out because it is just atrocious I'm sorry.

Terrible experience this morning after going for years consistently. This morning I bought a joint that upon opening right outside the shop, the weed was all loose in the container. So I walked in to return it and showed the girl at the counter. She flipped out and asked me “so what do you want me to do Call the feds? Call the cops” I said “I’d like to talk to your manager actually” I will not be coming back unless that employee is fired. That was ridiculous I’ve never had a bitchy bud tender in my life. Thanks a lot

This place is a cruel joke. Items discounted over 50% are still twice what they cost anywhere else. Bud tenders are barely awake and will suggest things to you after you specifically exclude them from your search while being rude. Not worth the gas getting up the hill to come to this place.

Stopped into Have a Heart in Bothell to check out the new discounts and it’s honestly one of the better deal setups I’ve seen. Some items were marked down heavy (up to 70% off) and the budtender made it easy to understand what was part of the promo. Quick visit, good selection, great savings.

Definitely the most lacking in selection and prices of the nearby dispos I frequent. Also your site says open till 11pm, actually open till 10pm.

They have a heart location in Bothell has gotten much better. It was good before, but not great. Now it is great. For the most part. They redid the layout for customer interaction. Making it more friendly and inviting to browse or shop. Staff has always been wonderful. Informative helpful with a smile. Thank you that was all.
