Even after a year ...smh Smh shop has deff went downhill … too many new faces not a good sign .. miss the old crew now got a bunch of staff that knows nothing makes people wait and extremely rude , I’d like to shop at an establishment where they don’t throw your product down in the counter so you can look , also would like to be a place where there’s some kind of cannabis knowledge like come one fire step it up … your first mistake was letting Kimbo walk out she was fire cannabis she was your customer service smh hands down worse dispo in yaks by far a pretty much all women staff is not the way to go my girl will NOT let me go in alone too many tenders tryin to be cute than have knowledge …. Miss old location old staff they were at least humble and welcoming pretty faces don’t always mean good customer service...

I've been coming to this Dispensary for a few years now & everytime I come in, The bud tenders always have great customer service, always giving plenty of options & feedback on certain products. I especially love the Daily deals on certain brands. Like Mondays is Crystal Clear, Tuesdays is Phat Panda day, Wednesday is Freddy's Fuego. Love the concept & keeps my coming back. Keep up the great work 👌🔥

Well, after finding out today that my TWO favorite budtenders are gone, so am I. I'm absolutely devastated. I truly hope this affects your bottom line in the long run. You made a huge mistake by not doing EVERYTHING in your power to keep America and Kimbo happy. They WERE Fire. It wasn't "let's go to Fire". It was "let's go see Kimbo and America." Shame on you. SHAME ON YOU! For those looking for Kimbo Kush she is at The Bake Shop in Union Gap. Still the best Budtender in Central Washington!

The only reason they’re getting an extra star is because I’ve come here before and didn’t have any issues. I don’t know if she’s having a bad day, but I walked in and asked for cheaper live resin dispo cartridges and she picked two brands off the wall one for $45 and the other for $50. When I asked if there was anything cheaper (I usually pay $30-40) she said “that’s it and if you want life resin, you need to expect to pay that.” She was super short and rude. I saw at least two other brands and multiple different strain types for live resin on the wall, but it must’ve been too far for her or too much work to go back and grab a couple. I was a cannabis broker for five years in this industry and recently quit to become a pilot. I know exactly how much this stuff cost and I also know exactly how much you pay for it. Don’t come here, that gal had a horrible attitude, and I will never come to this store again. I’m sure their pricing is competitive with other stores around here, but she couldn’t bother to make a sale. I guarantee what I wanted is in that store, but she couldn’t be bothered to make a sale. Pathetic. If you’re the owner reading this, I just left the store and it’s 5:18 on Wednesday the 15th. I’d have a little chat with her about her awful attitude. I was very friendly, I gave her zero reason to respond to me like that. It wasn’t the older lady.

Fire Cannabis Co in Yakima has decent enough customer service, which is why I will still give them 3 stars. However, I’m a little disappointed in the quality of their products and accuracy of online ordering (especially at the prices they’re asking for). There’s been more than one occasion where I ordered a product solely off of the online description, only to get home and realize it was a lesser quality product. It’s on me for not checking my order before leaving, but it’s also on the company to provide clear, concise, ACCURATE descriptions.
