Ally greeted us while visiting and immediately helped my husband with his requests. She was friendly, and went above and beyond even suggesting a couple of new products he might like. He ended up buying one, and we left smiling. Thank you again

Taylor is one of the best customer service employees ever. She actually listens—like, really listens—to what I’m looking for, then walks me through a few solid options without making it feel like a whole production. Never pushy, never rushed. Just calm, patient, and super easy to talk to. AND she remembers my name, which makes it way more personal and not just another transaction. Kind, knowledgeable, and just really good at what she does. 10/10 human and deserves a raise.

I love this spot. The budtenders are always very friendly and know my strain preferences. RAFA was super helpful today in picking out a couple strains I had not tried yet based on our previous interactions! Da best.
