If you are 21-22 with a vertical I.D you aren’t allowed in lol which kinda sucks cause I had never been into this store before. Only ever left in the car when my parents would go in. The lady at the door said if I brought it my passport or birth certificate it would work tho?! Idk I’m sure they have been burned before and it’s not necessary the ladies fault but eh. That’s why I don’t want to give 1 star cause I technically wasn’t served but it just left a bad taste in my mouth so I probably won’t ever be back lol

store brand carts are a great price but they def taste pretty bad. a little disappointed that I asked for help buying some carts yesterday and ended up with some edible oil or something by accident. I was hoping they would let me exchange it since it was a shared misunderstanding and I brought it unopened with the receipt in less than 24 hours but they did not. in my experience you'll get better customer service at Paper and Leaf with stuff like that so I think it's worth spending your money there unless you know exactly what you want already.

Everyone is calm, friendly, and very nonjudgmental. I'm a greasy, bottom-dwelling goblin and they never make me feel like a disgusting algae eater for purchasing only the cheapest of weed.

I wish I could give this store NO STARS. From the horrible customer service I received to the horrible sales this place is a must to drive by. Upon entering the store you're greeted by someone checking your ID who dosen't no even verbally communicate with you and act like they're doing you a favor. The real kicker is they stopped taking medical cards because "ITS TOO MUCH WORK" to the do the books on both according to an associate. For a Native American store to discriminate against medical patients after they have been discriminated against for years is mind boggling! ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY FOR THESE GUYS, TAKE IT ELSEWHERE WITH BETTER SALES!

I made a google account just to leave this review. I’ve been coming here for years, practically since y’all opened. And in that span of time I’ve seen the quality of your shop drop significantly over the past year. I love all the budtenders, they’re all very knowledgeable especially Chae and tristen, they always give me excellent service and they’re the reason I even come back. My issue is not with them, my issue is with whoever is in charge of this store. The deals suck, the product is stagnant and whenever I do find something I like it takes weeks or months to get back in. Keep products in stock, pay your people more, and at least TRY and compete with your competitors!

This is absolutely the most expensive store in Kitsap and Jefferson County! BEWARE OF PRICING! They dont honor Medical cards at all! The Staff is friendly and they have a huge selection but you will pay for this! Almost double of any other store! This place is a rip off save your money and go anywhere else! Its sad they take advantage of the customers!

Before I moved from Wa state, moved in October of 2021, I was a regular at Agate Dreams. Their quality of product, prices, knowledge of staff was top notch.

First of all, I went by one time a few months ago and picked up 7gram of amazing wax. A week ago, I came back in, and the guy behind the counter was condescending, rude, and I could also hear them talking rudely about me behind my back while I was at the ATM. I don't care how good the wax was. I will NEVER come back.

I bought a pen from this location. I charged it for 45 minutes and it won't work. I misplaced the receipt and they refused to help me. I didn't want to return it,I just want the pen I bought to work

This place is okay as long as you don’t purchase anything they make. The products they make are criminally bad. They also charge more than any other place I’ve ever been. Stop in if your desperate only
