I get bud tenders have good days and bad days. I asked for a recommendation and I feel like I was given an item that was old and stale. I don’t blame the service just made me feel different when I walked in today and seen the drastic customer service and care that another customer experienced. Similar budget drastic difference in care. The rest of the staff are extremely genuine and helpful, this is why it’s surprising that there’s one off

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The manager (can’t remember his name, I believe it was Ben) assisted me and guided me in the right direction on what I was looking to purchase. They do have daily deals, and a nice variety of products as well. This location was not too far my hotel and I recommended stopping by if you’re in this area.

Can GOOGLE update thier review options to include a Zero or 1/2 star rating already?! They don't pay attention at all during check out. I was brought 4 products, 2 of which were not the brand I asked for, but his recommendation. I handed them back to the bud tender and said I don't want these, pointed to the 2 on the counter and said this will be all. He was pleasant enough, Ipayed, placed the bag in my purse and left. When I arrived at my destination and discovered I payed for the 2 products that I SPECIFICALLY REJECTED. Bc of the laws I can not return them and get what I wanted, plus 40 minutes out of my way to rectify thier mistake is absurd. The employee that took my call after this discovery was dismissive, condescending, and took zero accountability for what happened in the store.

Matt is super knowledgeable and friendly. I work at another dispensary and he took the time to show me some awesome craft cannabis brands that I was less familiar with. Thanks a bunch!
