What I don't understand is how there is no else in the store and maybe like 4 people are free doing nothing im legit the only person in line and no one will help you lol its like this place doubled down on what made them the worst pot shop in tri cities

Absolutely terrible service. I would never recommend this business, especially to medical patients who deserve competent and knowledgeable staff. I was told that the standard retail price was exactly the same as the price after applying a medical discount. When I questioned how that could possibly be true, I was told the manager had “checked the math.” Either the math wasn’t checked, or no one involved understands basic arithmetic. Neither explanation inspires confidence. To the employee with the moth tattoo: confidence is not a substitute for competence. Speaking with absolute certainty while being repeatedly incorrect is embarrassing to witness and reflects poorly on the entire business. If you’re going to correct customers, make sure you’re actually right first. This experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and left me with zero confidence in the staff’s honesty or ability. There are plenty of businesses that value their customers enough to train their employees properly. I’ll be taking my business to one of them and I recommend everyone else does the same.

This store is the worst in the entire tricities. Took 25 minutes just to get a medical discount. They never carry RSO, are continually double the price as other stores and they rotate staff almost daily so you know they treat staff like crap. Do Not Waste Your time or Your Money!!
- scrub eJune 18, 2026
The most over priced dispo in tricities, even with the 20% discount. The worst loyalty point system in the business. Poor variety to choose from, if they’re even stocked to begin with. Cool new front door tho-.- Go to lucky leaf or pacific outpost, gtg is alright.
