I am happily re-editing my previous rating. I am giving that place a 5 star now on several factors. First and foremost is the pricing. My very first experience was bleak to say the least but today this business has gone from simply mediocre to amazing as the prices are more then fair. The staff always treat you like good friends, go above and beyond in assistance, and are more than knowledgeable of the product in their store. And the location is more than reasonable. All in all it has gone from a simple 1 star dispensary to a five in my opinion

Well, I was gonna stop for some good green. However, your parking lot is terrible. There are no signs indicating one way and six spots for your store and then the espresso stand takes up the whole thing I’ll pass. I’ll go to the vault.

I tried. I really did. But you guys are awful. I went in the other day and once again was carded and had to wait FIVE MINUTES to get checked in. I do not know what they did to my ID or what system they have now that requires "if youre born past 2000, we have to run you." First off, fake IDs are so easy to spot. Second off, teens wouldnt be dumb enough to fake an ID in such a small town. The guy behind the counter asked the people behind him, "you recognize this guy?" All 3 said no. Are you kidding me? Ive been going at least once a week since you guys OPENED THE STORE. I dont know names but I'm good with remembering faces. No longer will I be shopping here. From the looks of it, you guys mark up cheap flower too. Awful customer service. DO NOT COME HERE. Would give zero stars if possible.

Ive been to every single dispo between everett and goldbar, and even a few all the way down in the auburn area, and The Kushery is by far the BEST out of all of them. Their prices easily beat everywhere else & they do sales/discounts every day which are insanely cheap. The selection is great no matter what your looking for, & they carry high quality stuff, so even when I decide to try something new, I know im going to get something good no matter what. Also customer service is always on point, everyone that works there is super chill and friendly & very knowledgeable of the products they sell. They also dont try to push you to buy overpriced & crappy stuff that doesnt sell very well, like the shops in startup and goldbar do. All around just a great place in every way!!!! So glad they came to monroe 💚💚💚

The staff is nice, but the recent pricing changes are disappointing. Raising prices and then labeling them as “on sale” to match previous costs feels dishonest. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Ethical practices matter at every level - small or big business. (PS their price hikes put them way above most other dispensaries - you'll save money despite gas)

Bought some joints got excited to get stoned ripped open the seal on the package only to find out package was empty. Then was told there was nothing they can do but offer me 40 percent off of marked up prices wont be going back poor selection poor pricing they try to make you think they have deals everyday but its all bullshit

Not once have we had a decent experience here. Mainly staff interaction and that god awful menu. Cannot even handle utilizing said menu with budtender in person in order to walk out of this building with what you asked in for. Walking-talking brick walls have no business with tips or a costumer service profession. Take notes from 164th and hwy 9 location.
