The workers were very nice and the place SEEMS to be well stocked. I am giving 3 stars because of their website. A couple of weeks ago I placed an online order. When I got to the store they told me they were out of two of the three things I ordered. The bud tender told me that even though I ordered from the website and selected the Renton site it was more accurate to use the app. I left without buying anything and went home and downloaded the app. It STILL showed those two items. Fast forward to this morning.I wanted to try plaid jacket green crack and they had it listed on their app. When I went to pick it up 1/2 hr later they said they were out of it. The bud tender told me they are always trying to improve their app and she would let them know there is a problem. Well that was 8:30 this morning and now its 8:30 pm and it’s STILL listed on their app.Two times in a row is a bit much!

I came in with an online order and wanted to add a couple items. I was told about the new policy, which was fine — but the way it was handled wasn’t. I was directed to walk across the store and stand in an empty line, even though no one was in either line and everyone else was already being checked out or leaving. After I stood there for a moment, the same budtender walked over and said she could help me now. It felt unnecessary and petty. A simple “policy changed, but I can take care of you right here” would’ve been the right approach. I asked for someone else because I’m not dealing with that kind of customer service. Her name was Lexi.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I moved in March from Renton to Auburn. I have continued to be a loyal customer since then, driving 25-30 minutes each way to keep shopping here and giving them my money. Today after placing an online order, not only did they not have a single one of the items I ordered (placed only about 30 minutes before showing up to pick it up) and instead of saying anything, they started ringing up replacement dabs that were far more expensive. When pointed this out, I was told all my dabs were out, they fail at maintaining an accurate online sale system (which is not that hard with modern POS software) OR they are simply bait and switching. I will no longer be making this drive, and will instead become a loyal shopper of one of their competitors in Auburn. ALSO look how they respond to negative reviews, rarely owning their own mistakes and instead blaming customers. Quite revealing. Especially from people with more than 1 reviews like myself. A good business owns it's mistakes and apologizes to maintain business.
