I have been a loyal customer here for over 5 years now. They recently got a new POS system and suddenly raised their prices 25-40% depending on the product. I will now go the extra 5 min to Green Dreams on Bickford. Their prices are more reasonable for the same products and they still stack discounts. Seems the owner of the Vault is getting a little greedy. When their prices are that much higher than the competition, it’s going to be hard to keep customers.

I need to complain about one thing Ben, at the Lake Stevens "The Vault" location, Every single time I go into this location Ben seeks me out and makes me feel uncomfortable, I am a young woman. It's like Ben is seeking my validation or my attention when I am at the shop and it makes me uncomfortable, because I am simply there to buy cannabis. I would honestly feel more comfortable shopping at this location if I was not interacted with by Ben and I am not sure how to express this other than to leave this publicly for management. Please background check your employees, or redirect his energy to backroom work. I would like to shop here without being made to feel intentionally targeted by one person.

Where are my people at? I walk in and not but ONE familiar face. All my girls are gone. WERID!! I can usually walk in and A handful of people know what I’m looking for they know what I want. And it’s just not like that anymore I guess super disappointing. I hope they’re at another dispensary so I can start going there
