I went into this shop yesterday to purchase my monthly medicine, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The store was offering a 20% discount, but the budtender applied the wrong discount, resulting in me being overcharged by about $12. As soon as I got to my car and reviewed my receipt, I noticed the mistake and immediately went back inside to have it corrected. The employee told me there was nothing he could do and said, "at least you still got a discount." He then informed me that I would need to speak with a manager the following morning. I called the next day and explained the situation to the manager. The best solution they offered was a 20% discount on a future purchase. In other words, I lost $12 because the correct discount was not applied, and instead of refunding the difference, I was offered the same discount that should have been provided in the first place. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, mistakes happen, but the lack of effort to correct it after it was brought to their attention immediately. I left feeling like customer concerns were not taken seriously and that there was no accountability for the error. For that reason, I am leaving this one star review.

Ive ventured all over the PNW hitting difference shops and locations of places. This is one of my top 3 HANDS DOWN. The staff are awesome! The vibe is unmatched, and not one thing they've suggested in a year now had been anything but incredible. Be it for pain, appetite, or sleep. They got your back!
