Even on their wax Wednesdays(20% off)sticky’s (down the street) has cheaper wax everyday rather then just Wednesday. I sure wish corporate greed didn’t matter more then screwing over loyal customers with a $5 price jump some of us can’t afford.

Deceptive sales tactics. They continue to put product behind a price tag, only the tag is for something else and you get charged double. Pay attention people. Third time now, after today. I always tell them exactly what the issue is and they just roll their eyes at me and do nothing about it. I'll be giving all my business elsewhere after this.

I bought the same cartridge I buy every week and this time the mouth piece is halfway off literally lopsided, I just opened it.. & it tastes absolutely NOTHING like the one I got last week it’s absolutely disgusting side by side with the same kind I have at home.. I normally get birthday cake melted diamonds by treats and it tastes NOTHING like birthday cake more like butane. & due to their policy I can’t even return it since it works upon opening still.. even though it’s probably been sitting on the shelf forever and is expired since that’s what it tastes like. I am sooo freaking disappointed that I spent my money on something I love soo much & am use to getting just for it to taste like a cart that’s been sitting in my purse for 2 years.
