Date of visit: June 6 2026 Date of second and final visit: July 16 2026 Update: STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARE EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY. The behavior i witnessed at this apex location was so disgusting that I will never step foot in another apex again because of them. The staff at this location are very high-school even though most of them are clearly hitting their 40s and it's embarrassing to see grown adults act like that. Youd think budtenders would be chill but nope. The staff at this location want high school drama. Corporate needs to close down this location until they can hire some more customer service oriented and mentally mature staff.

I really like going here i will continue to go here but if they are going to hire people they need knowledgeable people. I went in asking for flower and told them what i like and they lady replied ( I’m not a flower person so I don’t know but I’m also a princess and use an electric grinder). This was not helpful it was not cute and it was annoying that she couldn’t answer anything I was asking for. In the future I will not be doing sales with that person but I will gladly come back and do sales with others there that seem to have a better idea of the product.

The (I believe manager ... brunette with lots of tattoos) was RUDE AS HELL. Snapped at me for my I.D. Sighed very loudly twice while I had to refer to my phone to make sure I was getting what I wanted. All around piss poor attitude. If you dont like your job then leave !

They did not have what I was looking for. I wanted a CBD with 2 other ingredients in it but with no THC. They didnt carry any without THC.

Absolutely love this store, not only for their amazing prices and quality products, but their staff and customer service skills are top notch! I am now a loyal customer, not only for price or quality, but i enjoy talking with them about products and strains, they're always so considerate when you tell them exactly what you're looking for, for the price range you're looking for. You wont be disappointed!

I use to love to come her but the staff has declined. While the prices may be nice, some of the stuff is not. I travel from a long way weekly to come here and the last two times I came i have bought 5 battery's each time. Both times I told the staff and they said bring the receipt with in 7 days. The 1st time I had thrown the receipt away so boo to me this time I brought it and they said SORRY 3 days!! 10 batteries 3 total worked and the staff member who checked me out today is the same lady I spoke to before and told me well if they suck I personally wouldn't buy em again!! WOW what a way to promote your stuff but wont fix it when It goes wrong yet today she told me ahe had 2 that worked. Good for her!! I dont! . I come here weekly from out of state spend 100 to 200 $ each as does ny husband. I dont think ill be coming back
